Not to mention that most bands see almost nothing from actual album sales, a band that does as well as Social D does touring, basically could never record again and still play for the next 10 years. Also, Greatest Hits records are basically attempts by any band to do 2 things, get existing fans to shell out by sticking a new song or 2 on there, and bring in new fans by slapping most of the best known songs together on 1 album. So I can't really get pissed at them and why should I expend energy getting all pissed off at a band? Only band to piss me off in probably the last 5 years is New Order and thats because they just broke up again.
